Explore the world of finishing techniques on and off the Loom to fire up your creativity to complete all types of weaving projects. We will be learning a Philippine Edge, a Maori Edge, Hemstitching, Plaiting, Whip Stitch and Twisted Fringe. Finishing touches at the end of your woven piece can compliment any woven project. Join me as we learn these finishing techniques to inspire and complete your next weaving. Finishing techniques on a Loom will be taught on a Rigid Heddle Loom. Beginner and experienced weavers welcome. Workshop guided by Michelle Haselton.

Supplies Included: All weaving and warping material, take home samples of all finishing techniques, Susan Bates Weaving needle and Resource packet. Small snacks, coffee and tea.

Supplies Needed: Please bring own loom and all warping and weaving accessories, as well as, any personal beverages, snacks and lunch. Looms available for rent, please see Private Instruction and Rentals for details.

This workshop needs a minimum of THREE participants to take place.
